Miui 10 Beta Update was Suspended due to Chinese New Year for Almost 15 Days. And Even after 15 Days they suspended it again for having Bug in the Clock App.
Moreover, Devices like Redmi Note 5 & Redmi Note 4 aren't receiving any update from Last Year, So its a Major Problem With Xiaomi Update System.
By the Way, My Redmi Note 5 Pro & the Poco F1, both the devices got the Update on 18th of February at around 11PM. So here I am presenting you what's really changed in this Update.
Update Changelog -
1. Receive Updates Early in Updater Settings -
If you open Updater, then go to Settings, there you will find a new option named as "Recieve Updates Early". If you turn it on, you will be Eligible to get Updates as soon as Possible. What it means is that, Every Xiaomi Device Updates are Pushed in a Phased Manner, Some People Recieves Updates Earlier and Some Receives Late. So if you Enable this Option, Updater will make Sure to fetch the Update from the Server as soon as it gets released. Do Remember, this option won't make your device to receive any Alpha/Experimental Updates.
2. New Mi Cloud Design -
Xiaomi's Mi Cloud has been totally Redesigned, Rest all of the Features remain same just the Mi Cloud App has been a little different. One Option you will find is "Power Option Saving", Which means Device will try to Sync most of the things when the Phone is connected to Charger, otherwise on Battery Power, not much things will be synced just to save some Juice.
3. Mi Pay Icon & Design Changes -
Xiaomi Recently released their new Payment System named Mi Pay, it's still not that great and not much useful but a nice feature to Play it. Now they added its icon on the HomeScreen or the App Drawer, earlier it was only in the settings app. Also Mi Pay design got changed a little.
4. App Vault Updater (Not in Poco-Phone) -
App Vault in Many Redmi Phones got updated, Now you see a Moments tab when you scroll down the App Vault, its just a Bunch of New Ads. Also you can now hide shortcuts and see Some Mi Calculator Functions in Utilities.
5. Theme App Updated (Only in Some Devices) -
Some Devices recieved Updation in their theme apps, their navigation bar of themes moved from Bottom to Top and now they can Swipe left right to move from themes to wallpapers to ringtones pages. Moreover, in the Wallpaper settings, You can choose your Own Live-Wallpapers from the Gallery as the users reported, But I haven't got any of these changes yet.

2. Mute Voice Assist in Silent Mode Settings
3. Location Scanning in Privacy
4. Volume Key Shortcuts in Accessibility
